Paws & Pages

Join us at Stamford Library on Wednesday, April 8 at 11:30 a.m. for Paws & Pages Reading Time with Aster and Pepper.

This special program gives young readers the chance to build confidence and practice their reading skills by reading aloud to friendly, attentive animal companions. Aster, a gentle therapy dog, and Pepper, a calm and curious rabbit, love listening to stories and make the perfect, judgment-free audience.

Children of all ages are welcome to bring a favorite book from home or choose one from the library’s collection. Whether your child is just starting out or already loves to read, this relaxed, supportive environment helps make reading fun.

Please note: this program features live, certified therapy animals inside the library through Pet Partners.
