Yoga—Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays at 9:30 a.m. Everyone is welcome, from beginners to those more experienced. Classes are free with the encouragement of “paying forward” any positive benefit you receive in whatever way you can! Wear comfortable clothes that you can stretch in; avoid eating an hour prior to class; be well hydrated (always a good idea!). *Classes available live and online anytime after on our Facebook page due to Covid19 restrictions; take part at
