Rural Health Network Community Meeting – March 27
Stamford Library is pleased to host the Rural Health Network of South Central New York for an upcoming community meeting!Join us on Friday, March 27, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the library for an in-person conversation focused on community health. During this session, the Rural Health Network will work with participants to identify local resources that support access to healthy foods, opportunities for physical activity, and diabetes screening services.
Community members who live or work in the Stamford area are encouraged to attend and share their input.
