Power Point For Small Business: Free Workshop – July 10, 2024
Western Catskills Community Revitalization Council, Inc. (WCCRC) is introducing a series of business workshops for entrepreneurs as part of a newly launched Business Assistance and Training Program, designed to foster the entrepreneurial eco-system in the region and be conducive to a thriving local economy.
To kick off the program, WCCRC is hosting PowerPoint for Small Business, a two-hour free workshop on Wednesday, July 10, from 5 to 7 pm at the Stamford Library at 117 Main Street, Stamford, NY.
The workshop will be led by newly hired Business and Community Development Manager Simona David, who has two decades of experience in marketing, publishing and business development.
Participants will learn how to use PowerPoint for business presentations, branding, tutorials, recordings, and other educational materials. The workshop will cover slide design, art and sound insertion, cameo and screen recordings, slide shows, and creative transitions between slides. Participants must be Microsoft Office users to participate.
