We’re a Star Library!

The Stamford Village Library is a Star Library according to the Library Journal! Only 261 libraries in the country earned this rank for 2019, based on annual data supplied in 2017. There were 261 Star libraries in the country, and 35 in New York State (the highest number of any state). The rank is based on the number of visits, circulation, program attendance, and computer and wifi use. We’re very proud and pleased to be included in the Star Library rankings. A shout-out to our great staff for helping to make this happen, and the support of our board of directors! And of course to our terrific patrons!
