Latest at the library
Please note that the library will be closed on Mondays on and after Labor Day. Tuesday through Saturday hours will remain the same.
Wifi at the library is available 24/7, and is not password-protected. If we’re not open, enjoy some lovely late-summer weather and use the benches in front of the library.
Are you a collector? If you’d like to share your collection with others, the display case in the front of the library is available for a month at a time. Please leave contact information at the desk for Fred, who has kindly been organizing the display schedule.
A local artist has several of his watercolors on display at the library, and plans to rotate them with others on occasion. Check them out while you’re here! His card is available at the circulation desk if you want more information.
A new audio circuit has arrived. If you love listening to a good book on your way to work (or anywhere else), stop in and see what titles have arrived. The DVD circuit will change next month, as will the large print book circuit. And we’re always adding new books and audiobooks to the permanent collection. If you don’t see it here, let us try to find it through interlibrary loan. If you prefer DIY, you can place holds yourself at 4cls.org using your card number and PIN. Don’t recall your PIN? We can reset it for you – just stop in or call!
Please try to pick up interlibrary loan items within ten days of their arrival here. Quite often there are others waiting for the items (especially newer releases) and the owning libraries appreciate getting them back in a timely manner.
